On our very first assignment we are ask to pick a place to do our charity activity for our CSI subject. Before we start our project, we are divided into group. For my group which is group 6. We have Danielle, Iman, Faris, PohYee, Nabihah, Natacia, Irene, Chin Ling, Clement, Xin Qi and Sarah. After we know our group mate, we decide to start discuss about what we going to do for our Csi activity. After plan out everything we need to present our proposal to Sir Imran and our classmate.

After that, we start to planning when we going to have a meeting to discuss about our activity. Everyone is in different sem, so we have some difficulty to meet up each other for our meeting. Before we meet up for our discussion, each of us need to list out our idea for our up coming activity. Here are the list that we list out for our CSI activity. After we list out, we start to discuss for our meeting.
To feel the nature - pick up trash at beach / hiking trail
Orphanage - cleaning / interact with the kids
Zoo -working at the door
Animal shelter - alliance with SPCA or other private owned animal shelter
Helping the hungry or homeless people - donate food and blanket for the homeless
Old folks home- buy some daily supplies and try to have a chat with them
Disabled children - provide essential childcare / support and interact with them
Refugee children. Be a one day teacher at refugee center.

After one day of discussion, we gonna meet up E5.17 at 1pm. Most of them can make it but few of them cannot due to they having class at that time. On this day, we gonna finalized which activity we going to pick for our charity activity. Below of the picture is we having discussion about which activity we going to finalized.
After we discuss, we list out top 3 activity to vote for it.

After we done our voting then we decided to choose orphanage for our charity activity. After that we need to start do our slide to propose for our idea. So we start categories it two person need to pick one topic to do the slide. So this is our finalise arrangement for our slide.

In order for the budget team to do work, the selection of orphanage and activities need to be decided or at least listed down but most of them can't cooperate each other time because we are in different class and our time table is completely different. So Danielle, Chin Ling and I decided to meet up first because we are in the same class. We can discuss what we can do in the charity activity then we shared to them see what is their opinion.

On this day, we need to present our propose our idea what we will be going to do at the orphanage. Each of every group need to propose their idea in the end each of every group need to choose which group have the best idea and activity. Below there which is our slide link.

On this day, we ask everyone to meet up for another CSI discussion. Which is we are going to discuss what activity we are going to do there with those kids. Unfortunately, some of them can't make it cause they are having class. Nabihah have given an idea which is since Christmas is coming soon we going to learn some christmas dance and teach them to do it so. This is the link that we going to do for our activity.
After our discussion, we are going to meet up on Friday to do our rehearsal for the Christmas dance.

Unfortunately, we can't do the rehearsal together because some of them having presentation of that day so we decided to split into 2 group. Group number 1 will be on morning session the other group will be on the afternoon session
